Solana Summit Canada brings developers, founders, investors, and industry leaders to Toronto for two days, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to make it exceptional. Whether you’re into event operations, content, community, photography, social media, or working with founders, we’d love your help.

Volunteer shifts are flexible. You do not need to commit to both days or a full day. Half-day and single-day commitments are welcome.

Roles

A range of roles across the summit. Tell us where you’d like to contribute when you apply.

Volunteer Team Lead

Help coordinate volunteers, answer questions, solve issues, and act as the primary point of contact for a specific team or area of the event.

Community Ambassador

Welcome attendees, answer questions, help people navigate the venue, and create a memorable experience for everyone attending the summit.

Builder Relations Ambassador

Connect with founders, developers, startup teams, and ecosystem participants. Help facilitate introductions and ensure builders get the most value from the event.

Registration, Badge Pickup & Swag Team

Support attendee check-in, badge pickup, information desk operations, and merchandise distribution.

Speaker & VIP Liaison

Support speakers, panelists, sponsors, and special guests before and during their sessions. Help coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth experience.

Content Creator / Community Reporter

Capture interviews, attendee reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and short-form content throughout the event. Help document key insights and memorable moments for post-event content.

Intern’s Intern - Social Media Team

Provide live event coverage, publish updates, capture key moments, support community engagement, and help amplify summit content in real time.

Stage & Session Support

Assist with room transitions, session timing, audience Q&A, microphones, and speaker logistics.

Networking & Experience Team

Support networking areas, side activations, lounges, and attendee engagement initiatives throughout the summit.
